Kate Healy is a nationally recognized advocate for the future of the wealth-management profession and the CEO of AdvoKate IQ, a consulting and strategy firm shaping NextGen talent, women’s leadership, and enduring firm growth.

A former Managing Director of Marketing at TD Ameritrade Institutional, Kate led groundbreaking initiatives that transformed industry approaches to advisor development, talent pipelines, and generational engagement.

Kate partners with RIAs, asset managers, fintech firms, and industry organizations to design strategies that elevate growth, culture, and leadership. I am a part of the advisory team in all matters relating to financial planning, portfolio management, and supporting the development of our in-depth planning expertise. I love to learn, and I am a perpetual student and want to share my knowledge while helping people. I am a strategic thinker and enjoy doing research. I enjoy developing long-lasting relationships with my clients and helping them live their life fully. … and beyond. My education has been a priority, achieving my Master’s in Management Practice from Colorado State University, plus a Master’s of Science in Zoology. I am a career changer. For several years, I worked in genetics labs doing research from Tuberculosis drug development to the genetics of the malting process. I also ran a small dog training business before deciding to return to school to obtain more business and financial planning knowledge. I have been working in the financial planning industry since 2013. Volunteering and giving back to the community have been important to me. I am a board member of the Financial Planning Association of Miami-Dade. I was the 2024 President. I enjoy giving back to the profession and helping others on their path to becoming a CFP®. I am currently training my Border Collie puppy to compete in AKC obedience dog shows like my two previous dogs. I enjoy traveling, dancing, paddle boarding, Pilates, and scuba diving during my time out of the office.

Maria Daley, CFP®, Head of Advisor Success & Integration, Perigon Wealth

Maria Daley is a seasoned financial services leader with more than 30 years of experience helping advisors and advisory teams grow, integrate, and excel. As Perigon Wealth Management’s Head of Advisor Success & Integration, Maria leads the firm’s efforts to onboard and elevate advisory teams—guiding them through integration, optimizing workflows, and ensuring they fully leverage Perigon’s technology, resources, and operational capabilities. She partners closely with operations and custodial service teams to streamline client support and drive organizational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Maria has built and led high-performing business development and relationship management teams at prominent U.S. financial firms. She brings deep expertise in advisor practice management, organic growth strategy, and data-driven performance improvement. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she empowers both employee and independent advisors to reach their fullest potential.

Jon Dauphiné, CEO, Foundation for Financial Planning

Jon Dauphiné leads the Foundation for Financial Planning’s (FFP) efforts to develop and grow pro bono financial planning programs for people in need. Under Jon’s leadership, FFP has created signature national programs to serve people with cancer, at-risk seniors and other vulnerable groups; developed ProBonoPlannerMatch.org to link CFP® professionals to volunteer opportunities; spearheaded initiatives to leverage technology for pro bono engagements and address compliance issues; and engaged a broad array of planners, RIAs and companies to join the pro bono movement. Jon has authored a range of articles on pro bono published by outlets including the Journal of Financial Planning, InvestmentNews, ThinkAdvisor and WealthManagement and is frequently quoted in the financial advisory trade media.

Jon previously served 15 years at AARP – first as its Senior Vice President of Economic Strategy, followed by eight years as SVP of Programs. An attorney, Jon has also held roles in major D.C. law and public affairs firms. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and with highest honors from Vassar College.
