Pro-bono clients served by CFP® professional volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. In all aspects of financial advising, planning, and counseling, being culturally competent and mindful of that diversity is vital. This is especially true with clients served through pro bono programs. This introduction will allow you to have more productive and empowering conversations with those you serve.
